Being a 2nd generation Real Estate Agent thru the 1990’s with my father & broker of Herb Deatley Realty & Auction Co. I was already working with industry professionals related to construction, rehabilitation, finance, labor, & administration. I found it a natural to take the next step and those were the beginning days of Maximum Builders, LLC. Starting the business back in 1996 when sales & construction was robust I began offering New Residential Homes. In many cases building New became the obvious choice of home buyers do to the high cost of purchasing an existing home!
Today, over 100 homes built later, I still find enjoyment in meeting new folks and providing counsel and service to their construction needs! However, things being different, Maximum Builders, is not focused solely on Residential Construction! We now offer Schweiss Doors, a high quality manufacturer of Hydraulic & Bi-Fold Doors, some up to 70′ wide! We are well suited to accommodate today’s large, modern equipment, provide ease of use, and securely seal large openings!
Along in 2008, H&R Enterprise was formed during the days when we saw fuel costs shooting upward, and housing sales slipping downward! This motivated us to offer, initially, scooters to combat the rising cost of transportation needs and have a lot of fun at the same time! Our scooters & trikes offer an economical, and even practical, way of transportation at a fraction of the cost of driving many of our gas guzzling vehicles! In 2013, under the H&R Enterprise banner, we began to set up an area contractor network, providing Sales & Delivery of concrete steel reinforcement, sealers, & Roof & Wall Metal! We are distributors of many major brand products like: American Building Components, Grip Rite, & many others! We found that we can be extremely competitive in price to even the biggest distributors, offering by the piece and bulk sales to area contractors & builders by keeping a low overhead!
